Ah, the BCS will keep Texas #2 and that would be fair and I think UT would give Florida a better game than the Sooners would.......but you know what? you should have taken care of business in Lubbock and you didn't.....

I think OU will do better against UF than will UT. While OU's defense can't stop Florida, their offense is off the charts. You don't beat Florida 32-28. You beat them 45-42, and UT can't do that.

I think OU will jump UT, and they should. People can talk all they want to about 45-35. If that is all we go by, then we have to put Tech above Texas. I'm pretty sure Texas fans don't even remember the November 1 game.

Tech doesn't deserve to go, and I'm a Tech guy, but I'm already preparing myself for the whining that will come out of Austin or Norman (probably Austin). We can blame computers and coach's polls all we want, but the fact is neither team took care of business when they had to.

Michael, I think of it this way with no offense intended toward Tech...but I think OU lost to a better team than Texas did...given the big picture and Tech's last two performances...although when they were rolling, wow! Maybe the best thing is what Coach Brown said...the Big 12 had better come up w/ a better tie-breaking system. I saw where Leach said they should use graduation rates which I found pretty funny...of course, in that scenario, Texas definitely goes...

Uh no. Texas does not go on graduation rates. Tech has a 79% grad rate. Texas is below that and OK is like 56% or so.

Actually, I think they said UT and OU are both under 50%.

But, OU wins the prize and Texas gets to kiss the pig and root for Missouri. Hey, good luck with that.

Whatever. If the computers want us to have to watch OU choke in yet another BCS game, so be it.
